Accounts

Opening an account is fast and fully online. Click Open Account on the top navigation, fill in your details, verify your identity, and you're live — typically within minutes.

A valid government-issued ID (National ID, Passport, or Driver's Licence), a selfie for facial verification, and your SSN. That's it.

Basic savings accounts carry no monthly maintenance fee. Premium and business accounts may have nominal charges — all clearly listed before you proceed.

Yes. You can open Savings, Current, and Fixed Deposit accounts all under one login, and switch between them seamlessly.

Log into your portal, navigate to Profile Edit Profile. For sensitive changes like linked phone numbers, a two-step verification code is required.
Loans

We offer Personal Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, SME Loans, and Emergency Loans. Each product has tailored rates and tenures — visit our Loans page for full details.

Most personal loans receive a decision within 24 hours. Larger business or mortgage loans may take 3–5 business days for full due diligence.

While we consider each application individually, a score above 600 typically qualifies for standard loan products. We also offer starter loans for new borrowers building their credit history.

Yes. Early repayment is welcome with no penalty on most products. A small restructuring fee may apply to fixed-rate mortgages — check your specific loan agreement.

A grace period of 3 days applies. After that, a late-payment fee is charged. Persistent defaults are reported to the credit bureau. If you anticipate difficulty, contact us early — we have restructuring options.
Investments

Investment plans start from as low as $1,000, making wealth-building accessible to everyone.

Returns are credited directly to your wallet on the maturity date. You can reinvest automatically or withdraw immediately — your choice.

Fixed-return investment plans guarantee your principal. Variable-return plans carry market risk, which is clearly disclosed on each plan's detail page.

Early redemption is available on most plans subject to a reduced rate. Some locked-in fixed deposit products do not permit early withdrawal — this is stated at the time of investment.

Returns are subject to the applicable withholding tax under US tax law. We deduct and remit this on your behalf and provide a tax certificate on request.
Transfers

Go to Portal, Wallet Transfer. Select Inter-Bank Transfer, enter the recipient's bank and account number, and confirm with your transaction PIN.

Intra-bank transfers (to accounts within our institution) are free. Inter-bank transfers carry a nominal fee as configured — shown clearly before confirmation.

The default daily transfer limit can be found in your portal under Settings, Limits. Customers may request a limit increase by completing the appropriate KYC tier.

Transfers are processed in real time and typically reflect in the beneficiary's account within seconds.

If a transfer remains pending beyond 30 minutes, please contact our 24/7 support team with your transaction reference. We will investigate and resolve within 2 hours.
Security

We employ 256-bit AES encryption, multi-factor authentication (OTP + optionally 2FA via authenticator app), and continuous AI-powered fraud monitoring on every account.

Immediately change your password and PIN via the portal, then call our emergency hotline. You may also freeze your account instantly from the Profile page.

Never. Our staff will never ask for your full password, PIN, or OTP. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and requests this information, it is a scam — please report it.

All connections to our platform use TLS 1.3 with HSTS enforcement. Your session is automatically terminated after inactivity. We are also PCI-DSS compliant.
KYC & Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a regulatory requirement by the World Bank. It protects you and the financial system from fraud and money laundering.

Tier 1 (SSN + phone) is instant. Tier 2 (government ID + selfie) is typically approved within 1 business day. Tier 3 (address + income documents) takes up to 3 business days.

Check the rejection reason emailed to you, correct the issue (e.g., clearer photo, matching name on ID), and resubmit. You can resubmit as many times as needed.

Yes, you can access basic features. Higher transaction limits are unlocked progressively as each KYC tier is approved.
