Applicable fees are displayed in your portal under Settings → Fee Schedule and are communicated before any fee-bearing transaction is processed. We reserve the right to revise fee schedules with 30 days' notice. Regulatory charges (e.g., stamp duty, VAT) are applied as mandated and may change without notice.

You are responsible for verifying beneficiary details before authorising any transfer. We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts where you provided erroneous details. Transaction disputes must be raised within 90 days.

We will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials, unless resulting from our own negligence or breach.
To the maximum extent permitted by United States law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by our negligence.
All content, logos, software, and trademarks on our platform are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. Your use of our platform grants no intellectual property rights.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support, provided all outstanding balances, loans, and obligations are settled. We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if you breach these terms, are subject to legal process, or regulatory requirements demand it. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of American. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts. WB Complaints Resolution procedures apply to eligible banking disputes.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email and in-app notification. Continued use of our services after the effective date signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
